I'm a Test Engineer at Biller Genie, a payments and accounts-receivable platform processing $2B+ a year, where the bugs I catch are made of money: card and ACH payments across 10+ gateways, QuickBooks and Xero sync, and the reconciliation that lands in a business's books. I went from support desk to QA to Test Engineer in under three years, with 2,000+ work items, 250+ verified bugs and 500+ test cases along the way.

My favorite bug is the one the screen swears isn't there, so I check the database. I also don't like waiting, which is how a 7-hour test became a 53-minute one. I write Playwright BDD tests in C# to lock the behavior in. Before tech, I fixed radio systems in the Marine Corps. After hours, I build and ship my own iOS apps.
